The Delaware Manufactured Home Owners Association is led by a dedicated group of volunteers who live in manufactured home communities and understand the challenges residents face every day. Our Board of Directors represents homeowners from across the state, bringing experience, compassion, and commitment to the mission of protecting the rights of those who own their homes but lease their land. Together, they work tirelessly to guide DMHOA’s advocacy, education, and community outreach efforts—ensuring that every homeowner’s voice is heard in Dover and beyond.
