General Membership Meetings are typically held on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Held at: Delaware State Police Troop 7 at 19444 Mulberry Knoll Rd., Lewes DE 19958. Please check the calendar before a meeting as we sometimes change locations.
Board of Directors Meetings are typically held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Held at: Mariner's Cove Clubhouse, 35356 Sussex Ln # 1, Millsboro, DE 19966.
REMINDER: All members of an HOA that belong to DMHOA or anyone who lives on leased land are welcome to attend DMHOA general meetings. Any member of an HOA requesting to speak at a scheduled BOD meeting should contact Joyce O'Neal to schedule.
