WHAT HAS DMHOA DONE FOR ME LATELY ?

 

  1. DMHOA is the only organization in the Delaware dedicated to the Delaware manufactured homeowners interests.
  2. Represents your issues by attending hearings and meetings, with state, national and local levels of government.
  3. Propose legislation to remove inequities affecting Manufactured homes on leased land.
  4. Provide Lobbyists to advocate for legislation on behalf of homeowners.
  5. We work with state and local governments and departments that enforce laws and regulations dealing with our communities.
  6. Keep membership informed with this quarterly publication and a website by posting updated information that

             affects you.  Information you will not find anywhere else.

  1. Attend meeting with communities that allow homeowners to stay informed and updated on issues.
  2. Educate and advise homeowners of their rights under Delaware’s Chapter 70.
  3. Help organize local associations and work with backdoor issues.
  4. Work with homeowners and officials daily, by answering phone calls, letters and e-mails.
